She married Robert Owen of Penrhos Isa, Holyhead. The estate then passed to their grand-child Margaret Owen (1742-1816), heiress of Penrhos and Bodewryd. She married Sir John Thomas Stanley, Bart., of Alderley Park, Cheshire. Their son, Sir John Thomas Stanley (1760-1850) was created 1st Baron Stanley of Alderley in 1839.
