CONTEXT

Administrative and biographical history: The Rev. Joseph Morgan Lloyd Thomas (1868-1955), of Llanarth, Cardiganshire, was formerly minister of the Old Meeting Church, Birmingham, and member of the Society of Free Catholics. He edited The autobiography of Richard Baxter : being the Reliquiæ Baxterianæ abridged from the folio (1696) (London, 1925), and was the author of a number of articles and reviews. He was also a councillor for Llanarth.
