CYD-DESTUN

Hanes bywgraffyddol/gweinyddol: Gwynedd Archives Service used government employment schemes to undertake a project recording oral history evidence in Anglesey, Caernarfonshire and Merionethshire. The contents of the recordings were summarised for a catalogue, and also transcribed. The recordings were conducted between 1983 and 1992, and cover a wide range of subjects, including life on Anglesey, work, social life, life in the Services, farming, the Second World War, and election addresses from the 1987 General Election campaign.
